With the new Hamachi it is now possible to have up to 50 people in the same network.  Since there doesn't seem to be more than 50 people total in all of the older smaller networks, I propose that we combine them all into one and shut down the older networks.  This will eliminate a lot of redundancy that currently exists and should make it much simpler to find who is available to play at a given time.  For this purpose, I have created:

I like this idea. IF we were to fill up one, we can always make a Redemption CCG 2

I tried to download the 'new hamachi' but I read it didn't work on windows 98 (which I have) what can I do? Can I still play on the old networks? Am I unable to join the giant cactus network?

Thanks!

I urge everyone who can to join Mr. Underwood's Redemption CCG channel. The idea of having everyone in one channel is great. I personally have left all other channels and am only in that. No more problems of a bunch of people spread out among the same channels and having people hard to locate.

Thanks for the plug.  I too will be leaving all other channels soon.  And in case anyone doesn't know the password...

Today's the day that I pull out of all other Hamachi networks (except my old one, which will be closing soon).

Please everyone join the same one (Redemption CCG) so that we will all be together.

Well, there is room for 32 more people at this point and I don't think there are 32 more people who even use Hamachi to play Redemption.  So I think we can all get in the same network instead of being spread out all over the place.  This will make it much easier to find people to play.

ok i'll try and remember to join it when i get home. The reason i brought this up is because RR's TKP network filled up so i couldn't join it on my desktop.

Prof, it's not a low blow if it's true. ;) There were probably more MASK members in the draft this year than there were players in the T1-MP event at Nats. :D

I don't mean low blow (as in unfair, because you are right that it was true).  I mean low blow (as in painful, because MASK was probably the most prominent failure of my Redemption career).

As for next year, I don't think MASK will be necessary as there are now plenty of RoA cards that will make the stereotypical speed deck unusable.

If they are used. Alot of cards have been made that "shut down" speed decks or were said to in the past.

As of 09/28/2008 @ 0950 hrs., the Redemption CCG network has 26 players onboard. You will be assimilated, resistance is futile. This is great. Everyone coming together under one network. Some scoffed, there were naysayers, but Prof Underwood flew the banner and soldiered on. Now we see unity, the brothers and sisters coming together, joining forces in united unitarian resolve. Nary a once did Prof Underwood doubt his vision, but encouraged, strongarmed and threatened others to join him or else. OK not really, but it makes for good news print. He had a Dream, build it and they will come, follow your heart  all rolled into one.........I'm done.
